Industry knowledge

Yangzhou Aiweite Electromechanical Co., Ltd. is a China 10kVA - 2500kVA Diesel Generator Suppliers focused on generator production, system integration and installation. Since 2008 we have built and installed diesel generator sets from 1 kVA to 2,500 kVA for industrial, commercial and infrastructure duty.

This range is organised by power band so that a project can move from a load figure to a defined configuration: engine brand, alternator, control system, enclosure, fuel system and testing scope. Every unit is assembled in our own production system and verified before dispatch.

Our Power Range and Where Each Band Fits

The four universal series cover the practical spread of standby, prime and continuous duty requirements. Each band is a starting platform rather than a fixed catalogue item, so the final set is matched to the working point, load profile and site conditions.

Power Band Typical Duty Typical Applications Configuration Focus
10kVA – 100kVA Universal Diesel Generator Sets Standby, intermittent Residential, retail, clinics, small workshops, monitoring rooms Compact footprint, low noise, ATS transfer
100kVA – 400kVA Universal Diesel Generator Sets Prime, long-duration standby Commercial complexes, hospitals, campuses, municipal works Load reserve, mixed resistive and inductive loads
400kVA – 1000kVA Universal Diesel Generator Sets Prime, continuous Factories, data rooms, regional base stations, process plants Parallel operation, heavy-duty base frame, multi-stage filtration
1000kVA – 2500kVA Universal Diesel Generator Sets Continuous, critical standby Heavy industry, utilities, large infrastructure, containerised plants Container or plant-room build, synchronising, remote monitoring

Engine, Structure and Electrical Options

Power band defines the frame; the engine and structure decide how the set behaves on site. We build around mainstream industrial engines and match the alternator, cooling package and control system to the same duty class.

  • Engine platforms: Cummins, Perkins, Volvo, MTU, Weichai, Yuchai, Baudouin and SDEC powered sets, selected by fuel quality, service network and load response.
  • Structure: open, silent, trailer and container type builds for plant rooms, urban sites, mobile duty and outdoor installations.
  • Electrical: 50 Hz or 60 Hz, project voltage and phase, brushless full-copper alternators with Class H insulation.
  • Control: Deep Sea, SmartGen, ComAp or a specified controller, with automatic start/stop, ATS transfer, fault protection and remote or cloud monitoring.
  • Operating mode: standby, prime or continuous power, with the rating stated on the nameplate and in the test record.

Sizing, Capacity and Load Behaviour

kVA is apparent power; kW is the usable active power after the power factor is applied. A set rated at a given kVA delivers less kW at a lower power factor, so motor starting, rectifier loads and transformer inrush all influence the final rating.

What we size against:

  • Continuous running load and the largest single motor or step load
  • Starting method: direct-on-line, star-delta, soft starter or variable frequency drive
  • Duty class and daily running hours, including whether the set is the only power source
  • Site altitude, ambient temperature and humidity, which affect derating
  • Future expansion and whether parallel operation is planned

Manufacturing and Quality Control

Our production base is arranged for generator system integration rather than general assembly: engine and alternator assembly lines, canopy fabrication and a modular layout that supports different power ranges within one workflow.

  • Incoming inspection of engines, alternators and key electrical components
  • Assembly process verification and mechanical fitting inspection
  • Electrical safety checks before the unit enters the test bay
  • Full-load testing from 0 to 110% of rated capacity, step load response, endurance running, voltage and frequency stability, and emergency protection verification

Sets are built to ISO 8528 and GB/T 2828 requirements, and our quality and environmental management systems are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Test data and inspection records accompany the delivery documentation.

Installation, Utilities and Site Integration

A generator is only as good as its installation. We confirm the interface points during configuration so the mechanical, electrical and fuel connections are ready before the set arrives.

  • Foundation and ventilation: base frame fixing, anti-vibration mounting, combustion and cooling air paths, and hot air discharge away from the intake.
  • Exhaust: silencer selection, pipe routing, expansion joints and insulation against adjacent surfaces.
  • Fuel: tank capacity for the required autonomy, day tank or bulk supply, filtration and bunding.
  • Electrical: cable sizing, breaker and changeover arrangement, earthing and neutral configuration, and control cable routing to the ATS or switchboard.
  • Safety: emergency stop, battery isolation, guards on rotating parts and clear service access around the enclosure.

OEM/ODM Customisation

We manufacture under customer brand and specification. Customisation covers power rating, engine brand, structure type, voltage and frequency, control platform, acoustic treatment and operating mode, with the configuration released to production only after engineering review.

Typical custom scope includes branded nameplates and documentation, non-standard voltages, dual-voltage outputs, remote monitoring gateways, and container or trailer builds for mobile and outdoor projects.

Maintenance, Spare Parts and Lifecycle Support

Service access is designed into the set: filters, batteries, belts and drain points reachable without dismantling the enclosure. We supply genuine engine components, alternator parts, control and electrical components, filters and consumables to keep maintenance predictable.

  • Commissioning and installation guidance
  • Operating and maintenance documentation with the delivery
  • Technical troubleshooting and operational support after handover
  • Spare parts supply and replacement support

Information We Use to Configure Your Solution

A precise proposal needs a small set of project inputs. The list below is what our engineering team works from when preparing a configuration and quotation.
